Individual sponsors, delineated by sponsorship level, are acknowledged in each program
for Barefoot Productions’ entire season as well as on its website. Platinum, Gold and
Silver Footprint patrons are acknowledged prior to the curtain of each show for the
season’s run and receive the following added benefits:
Platinum: Preview performance for up to 100 guests; 15 reserved tickets for one show in
the season or 6 tickets for each show throughout the season; VIP seating; complimentary
concessions for each guest (per 15 reserved tickets), cast/director private meet-and-
greet afterglow.
Gold: Preview performance for up to 50 guests; VIP seating, up to 10 reserved tickets for
one show in the season or 4 tickets for each show throughout the season, complimentary
concessions for each guest (per 10 reserved tickets).
Silver: Opening night reception, VIP seating, up to 6 reserved tickets for one show in the
season or 2 tickets for each show throughout the season, complimentary concessions for
each guest (per 6 reserved tickets).
Copper: VIP seating, up to 4 reserved tickets for one show in the season.
Opportunities also are available to underwrite any Barefoot Productions show of your
choice. Underwriting costs are based directly on the costs to bring a production to stage
and may include royalties, set design and construction, costuming, props, printing and
promotion.
Producing Partner: Provides total underwriting for an entire show.
Underwriter: Underwriters are prominently listed above the show title in conjunction with
show-specific promotions, including posters, flyers, advertising, theatre signage, patron
programs and Barefoot Productions’ website (including link, if available). This opportunity
also provides a private preview performance for up to 100 guests as well as 15 tickets to
any reserved performance and VIP seating. The underwriter will also be acknowledged
prior to curtain for each show and receives the benefits of our Gold Sponsor.
Directing Partner: Provides up to 50 percent of total underwriting for an entire show
Underwriters are prominently listed below the show title in conjunction with show-specific
promotions, including posters, flyers, advertising, theatre signage, patron programs and
Barefoot Productions’ website (including link, if available). This opportunity includes 10
tickets to any reserved performance and VIP seating. The underwriter will also be
acknowledged prior to curtain for each show and receives the other benefits of our Silver
Sponsor.
